Return Reasons

 

Please make sure to contact Gini customer support to enable the Return Assistant feature in our platform.

The return reasons feature asks users to select from a predefined list why they decided to return an item. The list is presented to the user when they deselect an item.

This feature is enabled by default. To disable it, set GiniBank.enableReturnReasons to false when you configure the Gini Bank SDK before launch.
