Cleanup and Feedback
The final step of the user flow is cleanup and feedback.
Here, cleanup means cleaning the resources (memory and energy) of the device, and feedback is the transaction details that are ultimately accepted by the user. Sometimes the user wants to change the payment purpose or correct the recipient, so the final details can be different from the details extracted from the document by Gini.
Therefore, it is sent after the confirmation of the transaction when no more changes can be applied.
Feedback is an important and useful process that helps us check the accuracy of the extracted details and train our ML model. It is also helpful for your company as it lets you gain valuable and actionable insights that wouldn't be fully possible otherwise. By providing feedback, you can learn important details such as pay rate, the number of users, the percentage of users making changes, the number of users confirming transactions without changes, their satisfaction level, and more.
