User Journey Tracking

The User Journey feature is by default disabled for every customer as it's an optional feature.

Please make sure to contact Gini customer support to enable this feature on our platform.

We have implemented a dedicated endpoint pay-api.gini.net/events/batch that acts as a proxy, collecting event data from our SDK and transmitting it to the Amplitude dashboard.

Currently, we use this proxy to track user behavior and:

  • Know more about the end user behavior inside our SDK so we can improve the user’s experience inside the SDK.

  • Tailor content to better match user preferences.

  • Improve features based on usage patterns.
