Retrieval of Analyzed Document

The AnalysisResult returned in GiniCaptureResultsDelegate.giniCaptureAnalysisDidFinishWith(result:, sendFeedbackBlock:) returns the analyzed Gini Bank API document in its document property.

When extractions are retrieved without using the Gini Bank API, the AnalysisResult.document is nil, for example, when the extractions come from an EPS QR Code.
