The User Journey feature is by default disabled for every customer as it's an optional feature.
Please make sure to contact Gini customer support to enable this feature in our platform.
Currently, we use the Amplitude’s API to gather events from our SDK.

Tailor content to suit user preferences.
enhance features based on user usage patterns.
